As you felt pain in groin area after
injury to testis, i think this may be local injury which should subsided in few days. Also one possibilities of inflammation around testis. As you feel hard think it is vas deferens .
May be you have inflammation of this vas deferens.
I suggest to consult a good surgeon for this.
Also if you want to increase your diet than eat high
carbohydrate diet , high protein , high lipid diet. Take oily food like ghee , butter , cheese , junk food. Take milk morning and evening with banana. You can also use protein powder. I suggest to do daily exercise for building stamina.
