What Diet Should Be Followed To Increase The Body Mass?

Hi. I m 5.6 feet tall. I don t know my weight but for the past few months I have been trying to increase my weight. Around two years ago my weight was 60 kg. I m now facing multiple problems. I m gonna list them one by one. 1. Joints cracking and popping (It started around 5 months ago) 2. Knee Pain (a month) 3. Tailbone pain (2 months). I feel it only when I run. 4. Groin Pain (3 months) 5. 2 months back I was playing cricket when a ball hit my testicles. Now I have been playing cricket for many years and it wasn t the first time I got hit in that area and this time even the speed of the ball wasn t very fast. But right after I was hit, I felt severe pain and when I reached home my right testicle and the scrotum surrounding it was swollen. I took some medicine and after sometime the swelling in scrotum went away but my testicle is still swollen. I can feel a hard mass inside my testicle. It s not a lump. It s hard mass either attached to my testicle or inside it. I m sure it s not a lump. Now considering that the speed of the ball was too slow, I think its got nothing to do with the injury. I think it s either inguinal hernia or some other infection. Until I got this injury, i used to play football a lot. Even after the injury I played football after using painkillers. I dont feel pain in testicle anymore unless I hit the hard mass in my right testicle. i can also feel thick veins right above my right testicle. I have been facing chronic pain in the groin area. It went away for few weeks while I was on rest, but when i started playing again it came back. Please Help me.

Hello. Thanks for writing to HCM.
I read and understand your question very well.
I try my best to help you in this,

As you felt pain in groin area after injury to testis, i think this may be local injury which should subsided in few days. Also one possibilities of inflammation around testis. As you feel hard think it is vas deferens .
May be you have inflammation of this vas deferens.
I suggest to consult a good surgeon for this.

Also if you want to increase your diet than eat high carbohydrate diet , high protein , high lipid diet. Take oily food like ghee , butter , cheese , junk food. Take milk morning and evening with banana. You can also use protein powder. I suggest to do daily exercise for building stamina.

I hope my advice will help you a lot.
Thanks and Regards.
