carbohydrate in diet,take milk without fat,more tea,cofee,
cold drinks,chocolates,icecreams,
Take pulses,little ghee,egg white,few chapaties,
Take green geges but avoid onions,cabbage,cauli flower,tomatoes,bananas,sitafal,
Take oranges,mausambies,watermelon,
Do regular exercise for about 30-40 mnt daily for 5 days.
