Tests of blood and ultrasonography of the whole abdomen. Per-rectal digital examination and ano-proctoscopy to see for the local problems like Hemorrhoids, fissure or so. Consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and correlation with lab reports and get started on proper antibiotic, metronidazole. Also take probiotics, activated charcoal and multivitamins.
