i am fully fit person of 23 years . hepatitis B virus have come in my blood. i have conducted following tests.HBe Ag non reactive HBe Ab reactive ALT 42 NORMAL IS 25-40 PLEASE tell me about my condition.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
A non-reactive HBeAg and reactive HBeAb suggests that there is no active or acute hepatitis B infection.
Chronic hepatitis B infection is present which is harmless and there is no risk of transmission.
However, family screening is recommended to assess the status of hepatitis B virus in other family members.
