What Do The Gtt Levels Indicate?Suggest Remedy

hi!ds me shaz frm pakistan.my question s,that m 24 week pragnant.i did not done my gtt due to vomating.so nw a dys i m checking my glucose my self at home in glucometer.wid out taking food my glucose level is 80,bt after taking food i check it after 2 hour.it get high as 150 or above.wht can i do?

it is good that you did the test at your home. but you have to know that the capillary blood glucose is not a n actual measure of your blood sugar levels. it is just a screening test.
and at this stage you do not need to test your blood sugar levels also.

if you want to do a GTT or glucose challenge test do it in a certified lab. you may need venous blood to accurately estimate it.

from your home test you sugar levels are normal.
