What Do You Sugeest For Breathing Problems During Sleep?
im a 14 year old boy, when i was alseep i woke up suddenly because my left side of my chest/stomach area was giving me trouble breathing, as i walked around or sat down when i inhaled a breathe for too long or heavily it would cause minor pain, i was also alseep on my stomach

If this problem is occurring frequently then there is need to rule out sleep apnea syndrome in your case. For that you may require investigation like sleep study (Polysomnography).
After examination treatment of sleep problem will depend on the cause.
