What Do You Suggest For Dizziness And Vision Problems After A Tonsillectomy?

My husband has been feeling off all day, sore temples, slightly dizzy, feels like he will faint, and has a hard time focusing his vision (similar to when you stand up too quickly)... his blood pressure was checked at work it was 125/81... any idea what could be wrong? He did have a tonsillectomy exactly 2 weeks ago, but has been healing fine.
