What Do You Suggest For Headaches, numbness And Blurred Vision After An Injury?

A young friend of mine (20 yrs old) fell down the stairs and suffered a concussion. Mri/Cat scans show no abnormalities,. After the fall (6 days ago) she has headaches, numbness, loss of strength, blurred vision, dis conjugate eyes. But she had some mobility. Now she cannot support herself at all--she is like a ragdoll and her whole body is completely numb.. Mornings are a little better, she can take some steps with a lot of help.r then a couple hours later its bad again. She also still has the headaches, blurred vision and is forgetful of conversations. Can this all be from the fall? How long can this last? Should we see the neurologist again (before her 3 week check)

HI
Well come to HCM
In case of head injury any thing could happen even after the 48 to 72 hours and so why such case need to be kept under the close observation, now she need to be taken for repeat MRI, here the chances of cerebral edema is very likely, better to keep her under the medical observation for some time, take care.
