What Do You Suggest For Inability To Sleep With Night Sweats And Red Rashes?

Hello i am a female age 19 i havent been able to sleep and when i do its not for long i wake up frequently and cant stay asleep, night sweats are so bad and ocld sweats also i m very tierd and just feel exahusted also i ve had a weird little rash of small red bumbs that cluster and reappeare when they want

Hello,
I advice you to bath twice with antiseptic soap. Use cotton clothing and loose fitting. Sleep in well ventilated place. Drink melon juice. The rashes may be because of sweat and irritantion. Do not use powder as they are irritant. If you have further problem then you can consult dermatologsist in person for treatment. Medication is not necessary as of now. Just make sure you take vitamins daily.
