I get a very painful upper back it starts in my neck and works it s way down to the inside of my shoulder blade over a few days usually it s on the right (I am right handed), at times it s a little lower on my left side, but still in the upper/thoracic region.
It is symptom of cervical spondylosis. Take xray cervical spine. Use neck color. Take hifenac tab 50 mg daily ater food for ten days. Take hot phomantation with a towel for one week. When pain subside do neck exercise in morning.
