1 Tiny Ileal Ulcer with erosions, biopsies taken - as he doubted crohn's.
1 - 0.5 cm Solitary Rectal Ulcer, Primary haemorrhoids with small anal fissure.
HISTOPATHOLOGY IMPRESSION:
Microscopic Description:
Section of biopsyâ??s tissue shows small intestinal mucosa with papillary mucosal folds. There are dense lined by columnar epithelium with goblet cells. There are multiple lymphoid follicles with germinal centre formation and patchy lymphoplasmocytic infiltration in the lamina propriya.
Impression:
Features are suggestive of lymphoid follicular hyperplasia, small intestine.

If this biopsy slide was with me I would also exclude amoebiasis, girdia, tuberculosis and if any increase in IELs or any crypt hyperplasia / increase in eosinophils etc...
However, as per your description, there is some chronic inflammation in your small gut nature / cause of which is unknown from present tissue bits!
