What Does this endoscopy Test Result Mean?

Please explain my endoscopy result, previous endoscopy in June gave me the all clear although I have continued to have stomach and chest pains, have been diagnosed with anemia (Level 9) still taking aspirin and more recently had one incident of oral haemorrhage from my stomach.
Diagnosis: Extensive superficial duodenal erosions extending into D2; haemorrhagic erosive antritis; hiatus hernia; Schatzki ring; grade A oesophagitis.
Restart esomeprazole 40mg daily(am); GI OPD follow-up
Opinion is that the aspirin caused the stomach bleeds and should I take an alternative for angina.

Dear patient
We have to first understand anatomy of gut. It's made of three layers from in to out 1. Mucosal layer with endothelium 2. Muscular layer 3. Fibrous layer. Aspirin is a group of nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drugs and if taken for long time damages Mucosal layer . So that is shown in report. Extensive duodenal lesions in form of multiple ulcers and loss of endothelium is seen. Also there is hiatus hernia which means your stomach is coming into chest cavity through hiatus in diaphragm. Oesophagus is also affected by same process of ulcer formation. You need to start medication as advice on regular basis and take alternative medicine to aspirin.
