Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear friend, Greetings from HCM. i have completely gone through your reports ... you need not worry about the sugar levels, urea creatinine, lipid profile urinary proteins .. but do get investigated properly for your IgA nephropahy meet your nephrologist.... anyway as you are young you keep concentrating on your lifestyle changes to prevent the metabolic syndrome / diabetes .. even your BP is under control... please continue to be healthy and fit... take more of green leafy vegetables, fruits , fiber rich food stuffs ... avoid too much of carbohydrates / junk food/fried or fast food stuffs ... take care and thank you
