sir my ct scan report is:MODERATE DIFFUSE ASYMMETRICAL MURAL THICKENING INVOLVING THE CEACUM AND ASCENDING COLON WITH SIGNIFICANT LUMINAL COMPROMISE WITH PERI-LESIONAL FATTY STREAKINESS IN THE ADJACENT FAT PLANES AND INVOLVING THE TERMINAL ILEUM AT ILIAO-CEACUM JUNCTION, WITH UPSTREAM DILATATION OF SMALL BOWEL LOOPS- LIKELY MIOTIC LESION.tell me breifly thnx

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

You might be having problems relating to bowels. The CT scan shows the presence of thickening of large bowel with features that may be due to a tumor developing in large intestine. It is important to get further investigations like colonoscopy and if necessary a biopsy specimen may be taken and evaluated to look for any changes in the cells of large intestine. Even if it is a tumor, it is in the early stages and most likely completely treatable. Please discuss findings with your doctor and get investigated further immediately.
