What Does ECG Findings Mean?

Hi, I'm a 31yr old male who received the following results from my ECG. Can you explain what this means?
-Sinus Rhythm
-Left Atrial Abnormality
-Incomplete Right Bundle Branch Block
-RVH with repolarization abnormality
My heart rate shows at 51BPM
P (II) .15
S (V1) -1.05
R (V5) 2.45

I won't go into the technical part but will explain it to you in simple term .

1. You Heart rate is less than normal . ( Normal Heart rate is 60-100)
2. There is some conduction defect in your heart: Normally electrical impulses flow within and throughout the heart, in your case there is mild problem in the flow of these electrical impulses .

But there is nothing to be worried about as the defect is very mild . But for complete evaluation I advise you to get 2D Echo , Serum TSH test done and revert back .

Also let me know if you are taking any medications , as certain medications can slow down the heart rate .
