What Does IMPRESSION: No Definite Pathology Seen Indicate In Mammography?

My age is 40years. i was feeling pain in breast then i go for mamography for both side the results are as follows i want to know what it mean. is it is ok or to need to treatment. 1. Craniocaudal and mediolateral oblique views done for both breasts. 2. skin is normal in thickness. 3. subcutaneous fat plane is normal with no evidence of infiltration. 4. no retraction of nipple or areola. 5. mature fatty glandular breast tissue. 6.no pathological calcification present. 7. no mass seen in the breast. IMPRESSION : no definite pathology seen {BIRADS 1}

The given mammogram is perfectly normal and nothing much to worry about it. There is no lumps or tumors are detected. No definite treatment is required either.
