What Does Liver Function Test Report Suggest? Any Chances Of Liver Damage And Possible Treatment?

Hi. I am 37 years old (Male). recently did a blood test. my results are as follows:
HDL Cholestrol=39
LDL Cholestrol=146
Cholestrol/HDL Ratio=5.2
Triglycerides=96

SGPT/ALT=48
SGOT/AST=56

I read trough websites, and I am concerned about the possibility of having lever damage or hepatitis.
Could you please explain the implication of above results and possible treatment? can exercise help to bring the values within normal range?

thanks a lot!

Nothing to worry about the report and no need to take any medicine every thing seems alright will come around soon just have rest for some days, then you can have a routine activity, have nice day.
