hello
i have gone through query. The tTG IgA or IgG antibody tests are usually done to help doctors diagnose celiac disease (gluten-sensitive enteropathy).normal values are:
4.0-10.0 U/mL (weak positive)
>10.0 U/mL (positive)
Common clinical manifestations related to gastrointestinal inflammation include abdominal pain, malabsorption, diarrhea, and constipation. If gluten is removed from the diet, there won't be an antibody response.
as you mentioned she doesnt have any symptoms it can also be because of worm infestation.a deworming drug like albendazole can be given.

hope this ans helps

regards
Dr. shesh
