hey my wife is 7 month pregnant and my baby age is 27 weeks 4 days today we had an ultrasound of my wife and it told us that UMBILICAL CORD IS TAKING A SINGLE LOOSE TURN AROUND THE NECK OF FETUS we are very worried please advice us what to do is it safe should we go for a premature birth or what

Findings are not serious.It is likely that cord will untwist with advancement of pregnancy as cord is single turn and it is loose.
If it doesn't unwind with advancement of pregnancy,it can be well managed at the time of delivery.
Normal delivery is possible with cord around neck.If there is any complications,then cesarean section can be done.
There is no need of premature birth.
