Radiologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

1. Left sided nephrolithiasis
You have stones in the left kidney (size and number is not mentioned).

2. Bulky uterus
The size of uterus is slightly enlarged.

3. Coarse myometrium, grossly thickened and heterogeneous endometrium along with heterogeneous cervix.
The uterus lining is thickened and this can be due to overactive hormones or a medical condition.

4. possibility of adenomyosis with endometrial polyp or submucus myoma could not be ruled out.
Adenomyosis with polyp and submocous myoma are two possibilities that the doctor has opined.
