What Does A Mole With White Ring Around It Indicate?
I have a mole on my face that has developed a white ring around it in the last two weeks..... It has also become sore to touch and slightly raised... It used to be a flat, brown, even shaped mole...about 6mm... But is seems to have got smaller? And now has this white ring around it..... I regularly have my moles scanned (last one was about 3 months ago)... But these symptoms are new to me...and I am really concerned.... Any advice? Thanks

I can understand your problem
With your description i think its Halo naevus, its a common condition, usually a benign condition but has malignant potential as well, i would recommend to get a consultation from near by dermatologist to rule out melanoma
