What Does A Pea-sized Lump, Containing Yellow Puss, On Penis Indicate?

Hell I'm 18 and found a small bump on the left side of my penis about 2 weeks ago. It is like te size of a pea or a little smaller. It is under the skin kinda it's not ON it. It doesn't hurt at all unless I squeez it. The first day I had it I squeezed it as had a little but of yellowish stuff come out. That's the only time though. I have sex with my gf and I masterbate. I've seen it could be a cyst and I hope so. I hope it's nothing serious. PLEASE HELP

Hi, Thanks for your query at HCM
By the description of yours it must be lipoma on the penis or a fat accumulation under the skin. If its lipoma then not to worry. For a correct diagnosis its better visit a surgeon or a dermatologist.
