What Does Abdominal Ultrasound Done For Abdominal And Pelvic Pain Mean?

I had abdominal u/s done due to abdominal and pelvic pain. My u/s said I have hypoechoic splenic lesions, hepatic steatosis and cysts, endometrial lining is 2.8cm thick lymph nodes in neck are swollen. I also have a kazillion ovarian cysts that Ive had for 10 years. Im 41 y/o and was wondering what does all this mean?

Thanks for writing in.

Your ultrasound reports say the following:
Presence of dark areas in the spleen (further characterization necessary to say what it is).
Liver shows fat accumulation and cysts. Fat accumulation may be a normal variation or a sign of disease.
Endometrial thickened at 2.8 cm needs a gynecological clinical discussion.
Ovarian cysts as you say have been there for ten years and this also may be discussed.
Swollen neck lymphnodes require a medical opinion as well.
