in 6 - 7 weeks if there is no yolk sac or fetal pole seen on Scan report what does it mean

Hi welcome to H.C.M.Forum. why did you go for scaning. do you have amenorrhoea. did you get urine tested for pregnancy test. scan report is showing that there is no prregnancy. here after if you have a doubt you get the urine tested for pregnancy then go for scaning to know about the grouth of the fetus. thank you.
