Hello and welcome to HCM,
The bilirubin levels are quite high.
High bilirubin level suggests jaundice.
The drug prescribed to you- ursocol is to lower the levels of bilirubin.
It is important to determine the cause of jaundice.
Jaundice can occur due to pre-hepatic, hepatic or post-hepatic causes.
The high levels of SGOT, SGPT and alkaline phosphatase levels suggests that there is hepatocyte damage.
The presence of HbsAg suggests that the cause of hepatocyte damage is infection with hepatitis B virus.
Thus treatment should be focussed on treatment of hepatitis B virus.

Thanks and take care
