Hello,
i have gone through query and understand your concern.
First you have understand that a tilted
cervix is not likely to create problems with
fertility. Likewise, a tilted cervix is not likely to make
pregnancy more difficult.
The cause could some thing else like blocked fallopian tubes, ovarian failure etc.
A tilted cervix is most likely an extension of a tipped
uterus, which simply means that the uterus is tipped toward the back of the pelvis rather than the front of the pelvis.
But tilted cervix can be difficult to do the procedure like Hysterosalphingogram.
Because in tilted cervix, it can make it very hard for the catheter to slide through the cervix and into the uterus.
In Hysterosalphingogram, we have to pass catheter into cervix and inject a dye into uterus and we have to take pictures after some time.
You can try
HSG again after some time.
If it fails then, you should try Diagnostic Laprascopy.
Hope this helps.
please write back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
