What Does Dilated Cervix, Bleeding And Stomach Cramps During Pregnancy Indicate?

if the cervix dilated is it always an abortion? My girlfriend was 3 weeks pregnants. Last week she had some bleeding and cramping and went to the doctors and they ssaid she had a dilated cervix. But she still has that white stuff I think its called leukorrhea. and swollen boobs and morning sickness

hi yes dilated cervix means that the patient will abort soon or later. in presence of cramping and bleeding she could have aborted partially or completely. to confirm the status get one ultrasound done. leucorrhea can be physiological and swollen breasts are due to water retention due to progestrone and takes time to subside . take care .
