my niece's is having 13 years old, and suffering from some skin disease since last 2 years . Now the biopsy report shows that " erithema annulare centrifugum". It spreads entire body like big ring now juz started on hands too we are really worried and totally desperated . If there any proper medicine for the same ? other blood and urine test are seems to be ok.
Erythema annulare centrifugum is usually a self-limited skin condition. Topical steroids usually cause involution of the treated lesions, but they do not prevent the occurrence of new lesions or recurrence of the eruption. Systemic or injection steroid therapy is effective, but the eruption returns once these drugs are withdrawn. As previously mentioned, several cases of EAC have resolved once the underlying diseases were treated.

What Does Erythema Annulare Centrifugum Mean?
Hi, Thanks for writing in. Hyaluronic acid, Calcipotriol, Metronidazole and Etanercept have been mentioned in medical literature as possible treatment options in some cases. Please discuss with your dermatologist.
