Welcome to health care magic.
1.The report suggest there is a lesion measuring 1.5 cm lesion in the L1 vertebrae with features of
hemangioma. Disc space is maintained at L1-L2 suggestive of intra
vertebral lesion.
2.There is inflammatory change noted in the vertebral joints at the level of L1-L2,L3-L4 vertebrae.
3.There is disc degeneration changes noted at the level of L4-5 vertebrae with disc space narrowing and disc bulge.
4.The findings suggestive of early degenerative changes.
5.Treatment in this case includes exercises followed by the
physiotherapy. The lesion in L1 does not need any active treatment - just monitored in followup scans if done.
Good luck.
