uterus is anteverted and gravid there is single intrauterine gestational sac with regular sac margins in the fundus mean sac diameter 1.38 cm is corresponding to 5 weeks and 4 days yolk sac is seen fetal pole is not yet visualized no evidence of subchorionic haemorrhage cervix appers normal. internal os is closed both overies appear normal no free fluid in POD
1.The report suggest gravid uterus / uterus with signs of pregnancy which is anteverted anteriorly tilted uterus in relation to the urinary bladder - which is one of the normal variation. 2.Theuterus shows a gestational sac corresponding to the 5 weeks 4 days - with no evidence of foetal pole and cardiac activity. 3.Ideally one should see foetal pole with cardiac activity 5 1/2 weeks trans vaginally, 6 1/2 trans abdominally. 4.Suhhest to get a followup scan in 7-10 days for confirmation of viable pregnancy. 5.Rest all appears normal with no evidence of any inflammatory / infective features - which is good.
