Hi I'm 5 weeks and 1 day pregnant. I got my first ultrasound today and the doctor comment the result
Within the endometrical cavity is a well decidualized gestational sac with no yolk sac nor embyo seen yet. What does it mean?

You need follow up scan after 2 weeks.
There is a single intrauterine gestational sac noted.
Fetal pole or yolk sac is not seen,present condition only need follow up scan.
Non visualization of fetal part may be due to many reasons like wrong measurement of fetal maturity,wrong date ,blighted ovum etc.
