What Does Glucose-154 After 1 Hr In GTT During Pregnancy Suggest?

Hello Doctor, I am 30 weeks pregnant. Today I underwent Glucose Tolerance Test for 100g Glucose. After 9 hours of fasting the very first result shows Glucose basal 84mg/dl. Result of 1st hour after glucose load is 154mg/dl. Result of 2nd hour after glucose load is 91mg/dl. Is my report fine?

As per the carpenter and couston criteria for OGTT with 100gm glucose the target values of glucose tolerance test are ; fasting=95, 1hr=180,2hr=155 3hr=140mg/dl. as all your values are below the cut off range, it can be safely deemed that your report is perfectly normal and you dont have impaired glucose tolerance or gestational diabetes mellitus.
