Can you please tell me what these results mean from my urinalysis? I am a female and post menapause, tests taken because I have strong constant pain in my lower back (right side) that wraps around to the front, groin and top of leg. Glucose, UA Ketones, UA Specific Gravity, UA 1.022 UA,HGB PH,UA 6.5 Protein, UA 10 (Trace) Urobilinogen,UA,QL 20(1+) Nitrite,UA Neg -Lekocyte Esterase, UA Neg Is there anything to be concern about? Would appreciate your input. Thank You, Rue
All the tests appear to be within normal range. glucose UA 30 means the glucose level on urine analysis was 30 mg/day. In a 24 hour sample of urine, 50- 300mg/day is within the normal range.
Here Urobilinogen is the only one which has mildly raised (normal levels From the test, any infection in urinary tract can be ruled out. Other tests to identify the cause like Ultrasound can be advised to identify the cause of pain.
Hope i have solved your concern. If you have any further queries, happy to help
