What Does Granuloma Of Upper Lobe In Xray Suggest?

Good Afternoon doctor, I would like to ask what is the meaning of consider GRANULOMA, RIGHT UPPER LOBE? This is the findings in my XRAY RESULT. Please help me this... Is this a deadly a disease? Hoping for your immediate response. Thank you and God Bless.

Thanks for writing to HCM

Lung granuloma is generally due to infective etiology.It may be due to active infection.
You need clinical correlation and further investigations.It is important to rule out other causes of granulomatous lesion like autoimmune causes etc.
You need clinical correlation,routine hemogram,mantoux test.Further investigations can be done if needed.
Empirically broad spectrum antibiotics should be prescribed.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
