What Does Indicate Symptoms Like Depression, Hair Loss And Irregular Periods?

I don't know but I started feeling depressed few months ago, and i got lactose intolerance for the first time 6 months ago and after it my hair i started to have hair loss every single day, I can get up early because I'm always tired and want to sleep during the day, my periods have been normally heavy and irregular, and when I start reading a book i want to sleep and that bothers me a lot, I have swollen lower eyelids, my wight is 127 lb and I'm 5, 4"

menstrual irregularities, hair loss and ophthalmological manifestation makes it a more likely a systemic cause. Needs a little work up. Psychological issue can not be ruled out too. Get to a gynecologist and let them decide what is causing the menorrhagia. get to a rheumatologist to have some systemic work up for ANA and Anti DSDNA to be on the safer road. Needs work up and complete clinical correlation before being for sure.
