Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Nasal mucosal thickening means, the mucosa is thickened due to chronic stimulation. It indicates chronic inflammation, possibly chronic allergy or chronic infection
2. It has occurred on the side.
3. The frontal and maxillary sinuses are other important sinuses and do not show presence of fluid or infection and is perfectly normal. The pathology or damage is limited to nasal cavity.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
