What Does La Differential Count With Lymphocytes As 21.3% Suggest?

My son is 14 years old and an ESR test was done on him yesterday. the result came back as 57mm/hr. la differential count was done and his lymphocytes were21.3%. another test was done as well and i do not know what the letters stand for but the results are as below RBC 4.02 Hb 10.1 HCT 32.5 MCH 25.1. I have picked all the stuff that was said to be low. what could be the problem

Hi, your esr is high.it may be due to infection, inflammation, tuberculosis,anemia or many other. your dc with lymphocytes is normal. Your hb, hct, mch are slightly low. You need treatment for that. And search for the cause of esr rise also. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. .
