Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!
I can see two separate kidney problems and ill discuss each separately. First your left kidney is obstructed and not functioning properly due to a kidney stone that is blocking the way. Treatment for this would be ESWL (shockwave therapy) to fragment the stone and remove the obstruction. This is a more urgent problem and you should consult your local Urologist so that there will be less kidney damage due to obstruction/blockage.
The second kidney problem is the cortical cyst. Since your cysts shows atypical features with peripheral calcifications then you need a ct scan with IV contrast to grade your cortical cyst properly to determine the risk for malignancy or kidney cancer.
I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications at: http://www.HealthcareMagic.com/doctors/dr-manuel-c-see-iv/66014 I would gladly help you. Best wishes.
