According to HSG report,right Fallopian tube is blocked.It is partially visualized with no peritoneal spillage.
However,left Fallopian tube is well visualized and free peritoneal spillage is seen.
You shouldn't worry at all.Normal pregnancy is possible with one patent Fallopian tube.
You should consult your doctor.You may need medicines after evaluation.
