Hey, I am Abhinav Jain. My dad went through angiography and the results are as follows- Coronary angiographic profile- Left main- ostial plaquing Left Ant. Desc.- Proximal 30% plaquing Ramus Intermedius- Mid 30% plaquing left Circumflex- Proximal 90% instent restenosis then 100% occlusion RCA- Dominant vessel. Mid 100% occlusion
Graft Angiogram LIMA to LAD- Atretic SVG to OM1- Blocked SVG to OM2- Patent. 80% stenosis near the anastomosis site SVG to Right coronary artery- Blocked (Aortic root angiogram)
Above are the angiography results. Kindly explain the meaning of the results and the medication for it.
