What Does My Blood Test Result Mean?

I recently had a remote blood test, which may not have been completely accurate, as I could not get a great sample & the report back said my Total Cholesterol/HDL Ratio was 7.3 HIGH, LDL 194 HIGH, Triglycerides 300 HIGH & Total Cholesterol 295 HIGH. I am English & live in SoCal. I am 44 years old & weigh 152 pounds. I eat quite healthy food I think & am quite an active living person. It is the first time I have been tested & I do not know how bad these results are? Everything else they tested appears fine. Can you offer any advice, so I can understand this more. The information I was provided just suggests things I can do to get it down, but does not explain the level of how serious or trivial these figures are relative to the norm & whether it is possible to get them back within the suggested parameters easily...or will it take considerable time etc? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your all cholesterol levels are increased. It is a risk factor for coronary heart disease. You should take treatment to make it normal.
You should take low fat diet with high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Take high fiber diet.
Drugs like atorvastatin or pravastatin will help you to control cholesterol levels. But it is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
