Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is coronary artery pathology - probably plaques or thickened intima media.
2.SVC - seen blocked venous channel - likely thrombus formation.
3.Left ventricle systolic dysfunction - its echo finding / ECG - not found in angiogram.
4.In this case underlying medical conditions are treated initially - as they will be the causative. Like hypertensive, diabetes, any vascular pathologies.
5.And at the same time any vascular intervention for the removal of the obstruction - depends on the age and condition of the patient.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
