What Does My Ultrasound Suggest?

I am 22 weeks pregnant and I went for a ultrascan on 21 weeks 4 days . My report says "Mild dilation of renal pelvis seen in left kidney of the fetus measuring 0.5cm and no dilation of calyceal system in left kidney". Will you please explain me what it is?
