What Does My Widal Test Show?

MY WIDAL TEST RESULT IS AS FOLLOWS O 1/160 H 1/160
AO 1/80 AH 1/80
BO 1/80 BH 1/80
CO 1/80 CH 1/80
Please can you help me interpret this result.

Hi!
if I look at your O Antigen titre of 1/160 I find this test to be positive however a single positive widal test is not much significant clinically as the test is of limited specificity and has many interferences and crossreactions.
A rising titre with 4 fold rise is significant.Definitive diagnosis of typhoid requires isolation of typhoid bacteria by a positive blood culture. I recommend my patients to get a blood culture done for confirmation
