What Does My X-ray Findings Below Indicate?

Hello,
Can you give me your impressions of my x - ray findings?
My neck hurt and my left arm and thumb have been numb, tingly and weak for the last 4 weeks due to an injury, so I went to get an x ray.

Here a are the findings: There are 3 mm anterolisthesis C4 on 5. The vertabral body heights and disc spaces are preserved. There is minimal anterior degenerative spurring at the C5-6 level. Early uncovetabral degenerative spurring is also seen at this level. There is no acute fracture. The prevertabral soft tissues are within normal limits.

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The symptoms suggest there is a nerve compression causing pain and numbness.
2.The report suggest there is anterior listhesis measuring 3 mm at the level of C4 over C5, with normal disc height.
3.Spuring noted ( osteophytes ) at the level of C5-6 level - likely degenerative changes could be age related or excessive usage work related.
4.Present symptoms could be due to listhesis there could be posterior elements involvement with nerve root compression.
5.Sugget MRI for confirmatory diagnosis, as disc, nerve, spinal chord are well appreciated in the MRI. Suggest to request your GP for MRI - for better treatment.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
