I am 20 I have a normal cycle I have been having very sensitive sore nipples for the past two weeks & my stomach is firmer than normal I havent missed a cycle yet however Idk what to think I have been having unprotected sex my whole body is sore everyday
Sore nipples can be associated with hormonal changes in the female body in the premenstrual phase. Sometimes it is reported in pregnancy as well. However, given that you have not missed your period, this is an unlikely possibility.
I would strongly recommend using birth control / contraception to avoid pregnancy when you are not ready for it. Do check both breasts especially area around nipples for any cracks or inflammation or discharge from the nipples first. Take note of the timing of symptoms in relation to your periods. Simple pain relief and firm breast support with brassiere can help alleviate the pain in nipples. If this is part of a premenstrual syndrome (PMS), then dietary modification, exercise and mindfulness can help.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
