General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Having osteophytes formation formation of stenosis from C2 vertebra to C11 vartebra indicates that you have generalized degenerative changes in your vertebral column.
There might be irritation or pressure on nerves passing through vertebrae can give rise to numbness, pain, tingling to the parts supplied by these nerves.
You might get these effects on neck, shoulders, arms, back and in front of your chest.
consult spine specialist and get examined.
Ok and take care.
