I have been having severe pelvic pain for over 24 hours now. It hurts to stand and sit. Feels like a really hard bloated pressure in my uterus area, right in the centre and radiating up right below my naval. Bowel movements and urinating is painful but doesn't burn. Just pressure. In the past few days I have also had a cloudy discharge in my urine. Also have a lack of appetite and energy.
