What Does " Right Atrial Enlargement & Abnormal ECG " From EKG Suggest?

i just recently had a ekg done i wlould like to know what each of these mean and what things will or should be done in the future

1) normal sinus rhythum with sinus arrythmia

2) Right atrial enlargment

3) nonspecific st and t wave abnormailty

4) abnormal ecg

Hi this kind of ECG follows pulmonary embolism which is a tiny thrombus blocking the artery. Consult your cardiologist/PCP--regards
