Geriatrics Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Looking at your x-ray and hematological workup, I am thinking of a bacterial pneumonia.

The x-ray shows, consolidation indicating solidification at the location due to infection.
Hematological study shows increased neutrophils.

Combining both a diagnosis of lobar pneumonia due to bacteria can be strongly suspected.
Confirmation can be done by sputum examination by gram stain and culture.
Intravenous antibiotics is necessary.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
